The Banja Luka Stock Exchange or BLSE operates in the city of Banja Luka in the Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. BLSE was founded in 2001. Its listing portfolio includes shares, bonds, and other securities held for trading. Trading on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange is performed through stock exchange members (Members). The BLSE uses order-driven electronic trading system which is developed by the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

The Members can be companies trading in securities and banks located in the Republic of Srpska. The Members do not have to be shareholders of the BLSE. The trading methods that the BLSE uses are: continuous trading and single price auction (fixing). The strategy of the Banja Luka Stock Exchange is to further improve quality and create cheaper services for its Members and to provide a transparent and fair trading environment for domestic and foreign issuers and investors.
